‘A man may fulfil the object of his existence by asking a question he cannot answer, and attempting a task he cannot achieve.’
Oliver Wendel Holmes

We attempt a paradigm shift, from a world of answers, to a world of questions. From seeking the assurance of a path to follow, to growing the ability to explore and discover our own path. It is the subtle yet profound shift from journeys to reach destinations, to travelling with the purpose of becoming a traveller.

It is a critically important shift, since the future does not exist, and in an increasingly rapidly changing world any assumption that tomorrow will be largely like today, will increasingly turn around to bite us.

These guides provoke you to examine your current paradigm, and invite you to explore a new one.

Illusions of Excellence Planned for Summer 2008
This book takes components of our current paradigm, things we may take so much for granted that we never question them, and provokes the reader to examine them. For example to see best practice at that which worked well in a world that no longer exists. The reader is invited to examine their current understanding and explore whether there is a better paradigm that they can then construct.

The Explorer’s Guide to Excellence Available Spring 2009
This book presents an approach to change based on exploration, revelling in the feeling of not knowing, and the opportunities that this presents for extraordinary improvement.
